Package Handler - Charlotte
We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Charlotte, NC location.

Shift: 4 days per week, 10 PM – End of Sort. Weekends are Mandatory, days off provided by management. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Skills you need :
- Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
- Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
- Gloves and work boots are recommended
Referral Program :
- Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
- Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.
- Dates of the $500 referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between 04/1/2024 and 10/31/2024.

What you need to qualify as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler
- Ability to read and speak English
- Prior warehouse work or package handling experience preferred but NOT required
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move items averaging 25lbs. (Some packages are up to 50-75lbs)
- Ability to provide the required IDs to complete an I9 form: List of acceptable I9 IDs
- Be 18 years or older
