Under the direction of the Director of Channel Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will aggressively grow revenue across a given Region.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of direct reports and manufacturers’ representatives to drive revenue across territory.
  • Utilize Key Metrics to Analyze, Evaluate, and Execute Sales Plans with both direct reports and manufacturing representatives.
  • Accelerate Revenue Growth within Key Account by proliferating success at branch level across key account.
  • Drive corporate promotions and strategies within key accounts to the branch level as well as our Sales Team.
  • Create Key Account Specific Messaging for the sales team.
  • Create and Intensify our Brand within Key Accounts
  • Increase our contacts within our Key Accounts Corporate Structure to magnify our presence beyond key champions.
  • Lead the voice of customer (VOC) for key accounts to shareholders at HellermannTyton.
  • Identification and removal of barriers for the sales team at the branch level as well as the corporate level.
  • Coordination of multiple sales leaders to drive collaboration and efficiency within accounts as well as sales process.
  • Lead Collaboration across multiple Regions for synergistic success.
  • Drive revenue while maintaining focus on profitability.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  MBA or other advanced degree a plus
  • Previous experience working with channel required. 
  • Technical aptitude and background, with the ability to understand, explain, and coach internal and external customers on electrical applications within energy, industrial automation, and commercial construction markets preferred.  
  • Polished presentation skills, with sincere demeanor.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within a customer organization.
  • Ability to travel 50% time.
  • Experience communicating and coordinating project. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
